Hyper - Foundational Hypermedia Type

Motivation

Hyper is a media type, the primary purpose of which is the advancement of the goal of the Hypermedia Project Charter:

Making the generation and consumption of Hypermedia messages for multiple media types in multiple programming languages accessible to the masses.
